Coloring Contests

    • Free Sprig or Jr. Sprig membership with purchase. Current memberships will be extended for the duration of a new membership.
    • Contest runs from April 1st - June 30th. 
    • How to enter: Purchase “coloring contest” for $15 select Junior Sprig or Sprig contestant, and provide information (Full name, Date of Brith, and Address) for each contestant.
    • What you will recieve: a Sprig or Jr. Sprig membership, hat, stickers, vintage wood duck booklet with information on the history of the program and how to make a wood duck box. Two coloring pages of “first flight” will also be included along with a return envelope to send it back to us in. Please only send back one coloring page per contestant.
    • Winners (2) and the runner ups (2) will be chosen and announced on our socials and at our Wood Duck dinner at Stockton.
      • Winner Prize: $150 Bass Pro Shops gift card + YETI water bottle
      • Runner Up Prize: $100 Bass Pro Shops gift card + YETI water bottle
    • Entries due by June 30, 2024 with winners announced soon there after.
    • Only one entry per person. All children up to the age of 17 are able to participate. 
    • Social posts about the contest, artwork submitted, and the winners and runner ups will be made.

          Please note:

    • If you are purchasing multiple coloring contests, be sure to choose the desired contest (junior sprig or sprig) for each participant and please make sure to include each contestant's: Date of Birth, First and Last name, and mailing address. Click "Keep Shopping" so you can add more.
    • When you are ready to finalize and continue the payment process, click "Add to Basket" and you will be directed to the next page.
    • Double check your cart prior to completing payment and checking out.

          Further membership information

    • Junior Sprig members (up to age 12) receive a one-year subscription to the quarterly Sprig Tales magazine, a youth-friendly approach to learning about conservation.
    • Sprig members (age 13-17) receive a one-year subscription to the acclaimed California Waterfowl magazine.
