AB 3067, a state bill that would have effectively required homeowners to report to their insurance provider information about the presence and storage of their firearms, was gutted. CWA was opposing this bill, as we felt it was unnecessary, invaded privacy and just more harassment of legal gun owners like many of the other recent gun control bills introduced in the Legislature.
