2023 Camp Sprig is in the books
This past November CWA hosted another very successful Camp Sprig at the incredible Bird Haven Ranch! We hosted 13 happy newer hunters out into the marsh. At Camp Sprig these kids learn all of the valuble knowledge they will need to be safe and successful in the marsh. We go over how to properly use a firearm, how to blow a duck call, how to setup in the duck blind and much more. At this year's camp there were a ton of firsts occurred and lifelong memories were made! Each kid is accompanied by a parent or a volunteer guide and the camp is staffed by CWA Hunt Program staff as well as volunteers. Thank you to Paul Bonderson Jr. for continuing to support and host our educational and next generation focused efforts!
