Description: CWA's Goose Lake property located just south of Lost Hills consists of 2,175 acres of total habitat. Known for its stellar dove hunts, participants will be allowed to hunt over different upland food/hunting plots. During the September dove season, swarms of dove utilize the safflower food plots, eucalyptus tree lines, upland habitat and water in the canals. Ten groups will be available for each hunt day.

GOOSE LAKE FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED WATERFOWL HUNT

Description: This is a first-come, first-served duck hunt opportunity with 6 blinds on each hunt date. Blind 4 is an MI/Vet blind. You must either be Vet/Active Duty or mobility impaired to reserve. You are allowed to bring two guests. CWA’s Goose Lake property consists of 2,175 acres of wetland and upland habitat and is utilized by an abundance of wildlife throughout the year.  Cost is 300$ for the entire blind.

GRIZZLY RANCH FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED WATERFOWL HUNT

Cost: $200-300 (no hunter-access fee for guests)

Description: This is a California Waterfowl-owned property in the famed Suisun Marsh, bordering Grizzly Island Wildlife Area. Grizzly Ranch is over 900 acres and the wetlands are managed by CWA biologists. Decoys and transportation to and from the blinds is provided. Ten groups of two hunters will be drawn on each hunt date. Hunters will draw for blinds the morning of the hunt.

O'BANION ROAD RICE BLIND

Cost: $50 per hunter
Capacity: Four hunters

This rice blind sits across the levee from the famed Sutter Widlife Area. These hunts are unguided in a fully furnished rice blind. Hunters will be in charge of getting themselves to the blind (stools and decoys are provided). Youth hunters need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone (21 or older). There is a $25 fee per person (youth are free) to reserve a date and attend. May hunt all day. Dates will be listed two weeks at a time due to water availabilty.

WOMEN'S OVERNIGHT DUCK HUNT-FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED

Hunt dates: Open July 12th
Application Type: FCFS
Cost: $250
Region: Delta/Suisun Marsh

Capacity: 8-10 women per hunt
Restrictions: Must be a women to attend

Description: This will be an overnight hunt. Food and drinks will be provided. Dinner the night before, a quick breakfast and then lunch available after hunting. If you need any equipment such as waders, a shotgun etc. it will be provided. Guides can also be provided if needed!
