2023 black heritage hunt
This is an incredible event for novice hunters to receive instruction from the top leaders in conservation. The hunt is hosted by Black Heritage Hunters in partnership with California Waterfowl and Bird Haven Ranch, featuring dinners by Chef and Black Duck Revival owner Jonathan Wilkins.
Participants will arrive Thursday evening and spend the day Friday learning about waterfowl hunting and Black hunting history and culture. Hunts will be held on Saturday and Sunday mornings, with experienced guides drawn largely from conservation and wildlife fields.

Loaner waders, jackets and shotguns, if needed

20 gauge target and hunting ammunition (those shooting 28 gauges or .410 will need to provide their own non-toxic ammo)
