Committee Recommends Mallard Hen Restriction:
At Fish and Game Commission meeting on August 8, 2008, California Waterfowl supported the Department of Fish and Game in recommending more restrictive bag limits than those proposed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the '08/09 waterfowl season.
